What should I expect when I place an order?

When an order has been placed an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the order.
  
Once a tracking number is issued an email will be sent stating the order is still "processing". The pre-shipment status means we are still working on your order. 

When the order is out for delivery an email will be sent.

Lastly, an email will be sent when the order has been delivered. 

Please check the tracking number for an update on the order.

*NOTE: Keep in mind there are 5-10 Business days for processing. For Customized orders allow an extra 10 Business days. Love of My Life Chain orders allow an additional 14 Business days. Refer to our Shipping Policies

Handmade or Pre-assembled Jewelry

All of our pieces are handmade and not pre-assembled. Our artists work on each piece with detail and care. Please allow 5-10 Business days for us to work on your order. Customized orders an extra 10 Business days. Photo Custom orders is an extra 14 Business days. This method helps us keep our practice sustainable as we do not overproduce for the sake of making quick money. If you are working with a deadline, please feel free to email us.

What should I expect when I order a customized item? 

All customized order requests would need to follow instructions according to the item description. For example: a specific number of charms, requesting charms that are available, uploading a photo, etc.

If the customized order is not correct, a refund will be issued immediately. You are welcome to re-submit your order. 

Since our pieces are handmade customized orders will take more time to create. Please allow an extra 10 Business days for processing. For The Love of My Life Chain, The Thick Love of My Life Chain, Keeping Us Close Chain, please allow an extra 14 Business days. 

What should I expect when I order a pre order item(s)?

When ordering a pre order item, if you order any other items in addition to the pre order item, those items will ship when the pre order item is ready to ship. If you want the items that are not a pre order before the pre order item is ready to ship, either place two separate orders or contact us after your order is placed letting us know you'd like the items that are ready to ship now and we will send you an invoice to pay for additional shipping.

What do I do when my jewelry tarnishes or is dirty?

We sell polishing clothes for cleaning your jewelry. Typically .925 Sterling Silver will begin to oxidize over time especially if exposed to wetness of any kind, when this happens you can simply clean it off with a polishing cloth or use a liquid jewelry cleaner. As for Stainless Steel, it will not tarnish but it can get dirty so we recommend the polishing cloth for cleaning that as well. Here is a link to our polishing cloth: Polishing Cloth

How do I order Wholesale?

Please contact info@shopdalmata.com to discuss minimums and pricing. We are currently taking wholesale orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Though this depends on your location, we ship almost anywhere. If our web check out is not integrated with your geographical location, please email us directly.

Where do you source your materials?

We work directly with our suppliers that are all over the world, mainly China, Italy and USA. We ensure all materials are ethically made and sourced. We prioritize a strong relationship with all our suppliers that consists of transparency and integrity. We mainly use 314L Stainless Steel and .925 Sterling Silver. We will always state the materials used in the description of each item.

How did you get so many celebrities to wear your pieces?

I speak more about this on our TikTok (@missdalmata) but generally they will either place an order with us, inquire about being sent pieces in exchange for posting and tagging or their stylist will pull pieces from us.
