HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

We strongly believe in the practice of removing your jewelry before coming in contact with water, no matter if its DALMATA jewelry or any other jewelry.

If your DALMATA jewelry does come in contact with water, we are not liable to replace the piece.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

DOMESTIC

We ask for 5-10 business days to process your order, depending on the volume of orders at that time. USPS shipping takes about 1-5 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide! Once the order is confirmed, it will take 5-10 business days to process depending on the volume of orders at that time. USPS International shipping takes 7-21 business days for delivery. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not accept returns currently. We will do an exchange for the same price value within 3 days of delivery

If you receive your jewelry and you decide you would rather have another piece, email us at info@shopdalmata.com and we will resolve that for you. We accept exchanges only within 3 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns/exchanges with personalized items.

We do not accept returns/exchanges at this time for international orders.

Broken Item/Repair:

If for some reason, your jewelry arrives broken or needs to be repaired please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In addition, please email our Customer Support Team a photo of the broken item.
