Are you still shipping orders?
Yes! Orders are shipping as usual. We offer two services, USPS and UPS. That being said, there have been some delays with the shipping services mentioned so bare that in mind when ordering that it may take longer than usual.
What precautions are being taken to make sure your team is safe?
Every team member who can stay home like our customer service team, is home. We have a small studio with a very small team who assembles your jewelry. Each member of the DALMATA team is practicing the utmost vigilance as they prepare each order as well as practicing all the recommended precautions from the CDC and Department of Health.

For US orders please allow 10-15 Business days to process your order, depending on the volume of orders at that time.
USPS Express 1-5 Business days for delivery.
USPS Priority Shipping 1-3 Business days for delivery. USPS Priority Express 1-2 Business Days. (Processing times are 10-15 Business days for Priority Shipping. An extra 7 Business days for Customized orders)
UPS Ground 1-5 Business days for delivery.

We ship worldwide! Please allow 10-15 business days to process depending on the volume of orders at that time.
USPS International shipping takes 7-21 business days for delivery.
USPS International Priority 6-10 business days for delivery.

LOST IN THE MAIL
Every care is taken when sending items, occasionally post does go missing. In most cases, this is usually a case of "delayed post" rather than missing parcels as most post eventually turns up.
If you are concerned we recommend to contact USPS and inform them of the tracking number. In some cases, USPS may have it in their possession.
For International orders, once the parcel is out of the United States, USPS does not have updated tracking information. Please contact your local Post Office.
If USPS or your local Post Office can not find your parcel CONTACT DALMATA as soon as possible.
To cancel the order please CONTACT US within 72 hours of order placement. This does not guarantee a cancellation. If the order is not in "pre-shipment" status, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a refund.
If the order is in pre-shipment status or in transit we can not cancel the order.
UPDATING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address on the order will not be changed unless the customer contacts our Customer Support Team.
If you would like to update your shipping address, CONTACT US within 72 hours of order placement. If the order is in pre-shipment status or in transit, we are not able to update the shipping address.
If the order is sent and delivered to the incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible to replace the items.
If the order is sent back to our studio the customer is responsible for the Re-Shipment fees. Please click here Package Re-Shipment.
CHANGING ITEMS IN ORDER
If you need to add or change your order please CONTACT US within 72 hours of order placement. The order must be "unfulfilled" (has not been processed) to make any changes. We CAN NOT change the order once 72 hours have passed.
