Are you still shipping orders?

Yes! We offer these services: USPS and for International - DHL. That being said, there have been some delays with the shipping services mentioned so bare that in mind when ordering that it may take longer than usual.

What precautions are being taken to make sure your team is safe?

Every team member who can stay home like our customer service team, is home. We have a small studio with a very small team who assembles your jewelry. Each member of the DALMATA team is practicing the utmost vigilance as they prepare each order as well as practicing all the recommended precautions from the CDC and Department of Health.

For US orders please allow 5-10 Business days to process your order, depending on the volume of orders at that time. For custom orders it is an additional 10 Business days. For the Love of My Life Chain, Keeping Us Close Chain orders it is an additional 14 Business days.

USPS Express 1-5 Business days for delivery. 

USPS Priority Shipping 1-3 Business days for delivery. USPS Priority Express 1-2 Business Days.

UPS Ground 1-5 Business days for delivery. 

*Note: Please check the tracking number for an update on the order. USPS Tracking can take up to 5 business days due to Covid.

No matter which Shipping Speed is selected, ALL ORDERS will have the same processing period. 


**Customers are Responsible for Duties and Taxes 

Postal Services have been experiencing longer delays for International deliveries.

Please allow 5-10 Business days to process depending on the volume of orders at that time. For custom orders it is an additional 10 Business days. For the Love of My Life Chain and Keeping Us Close Chain orders is an additional 7 Business days.

USPS International Priority 6-10 Business days for delivery. USPS Shipping does not include Handling and Custom Fees (Customs may ask for a fee depending on shipping address).

DHL Express 2-6 Business days for delivery. (Customs may add additional fees depending on shipping address).

Customs may ask for additional fees. Customs will contact the customer and the customer is responsible to pay the additional fees.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-Order Items will have a different shipping date. Please check the item descriptions on the website for details.

If there is a Pre-Order item in the order with non Pre-Order items, the Pre-Order item will not be shipped separately. The entire order will be shipped once the Pre-Order item is available. 


We now offer Route package protection to help cover the cost of lost, or stolen packages! This option is available at checkout. 

An email notification will be sent to the customer of the Package Protection. If the customer needs to file a claim please respond to the email notification. 

Customers that do not purchase the Package Protection and the package is lost, missing item(s), stolen, or mail carrier delayed. DALMATA is not responsible to replace or issue a refund for the item(s). 


To cancel the order please CONTACT US within 24 hours of order placement. This does not guarantee a cancellation. 

If the order is in pre-shipment status or in transit we can not cancel the order. 


Once an order has been submitted, the shipping address on the order will not be changed unless the customer contacts our Customer Support Team.

If you would like to update your shipping address, CONTACT US  within 24 hours of order placement. If the order is in pre-shipment status or in transit, we are not able to update the shipping address.

If the order is sent and delivered to the incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible to replace the items. 

If the order is sent back to our studio the customer is responsible for the Re-Shipment fees. 


If you need to add or change your order please CONTACT US within 24 hours of order placement. The order must be "unfulfilled" (has not been processed) to make any changes. We CAN NOT change the order once 24 hours have passed.  


Please Note: If there are any issues on existing orders, our Support Team will contact the customer immediately. Resolving the issue may cause a delay in processing times. Thank you for understanding.
