One good chain and one bad chain

I have one of the chains to return. The chain is defective and the necklace piece will not move up and down the chain. The chain seems slightly bigger, and warped so it does not work. The second one is fine. I will be returning it and requesting a replacement. My daughter requested one for her and one for her boyfriend. Frustrating! Barb Adams
